Positive: The hot springs were nice. There was also towel service included in the price. We had breakfast and the food was ok.
Negative: What we didn’t like is that most of the staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and inattentive. For the price that we paid the room didn’t have many utilities like fridge or an ice machine. The walls were really thin and we could hear everyone in the other rooms. The attached restaurant didn’t have clear and stated hours. No cell service and internet was pretty bad.
Summary: Go for the hot springs, but don’t stay in the hotel.
